Athletes need to commitment to work hard and improve. All other equipment is provided by Primed Performance.

Each session is customised to the athlete’s goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Through tailored exercises and close guidance, athletes receive focused coaching to build their performance and reach specific targets.
How long does it take?
Session frequency and duration are based on the athlete's goals, with most athletes opting for weekly or twice-weekly sessions. Progress is typically noticeable within 4-6 weeks with consistent training.

Athletes should bring a commitment to their development. All other equipment will be provided during each session.
