My journey to founding Primed Performance is rooted in years of experience as both a professional footballer and a dedicated student of exercise science. My unique path combines firsthand knowledge of what it takes to excel in competitive football with a commitment to evidence-based training. Here’s a look at my career timeline:
2019-2020: I began as a D1 Student-Athlete in the U.S. NCAA College system, where I developed the skills and discipline needed to compete at the highest level. I began studying a Bachelor of Kinesiology.
2020-2021: I played professionally in the Hong Kong Premier League with Southern District FC, gaining valuable international experience and learning from elite players.
2021: Returning to Australia, I joined the Central Coast Mariners A-League team and resumed my studies in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Newcastle. Balancing professional football with education reinforced my dedication to athlete development.
2022: I played in the Sydney NPL 1 with APIA Leichhardt, deepening my understanding of competitive football and its demands.
2023: Competing with NSW Spirit, I achieved the title of Top Goal Scorer—an experience that strengthened my insight into consistency and peak performance.
2024: Taking on the role of Head of High Performance at Lambton Jaffas, I applied my knowledge to help young athletes develop and manage their performance. Graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science with First Class Honours.
2025 and Beyond: With Primed Performance, I’m committed to helping young footballers reach their full potential, sharing what I’ve learned from my journey through focused, football-specific training.
Having played at every level, from NCAA to professional leagues, I know the demands and challenges footballers face. My goal with Primed Performance is to equip young athletes with the strength, resilience, and skills they need to succeed—backed by both science and real-world experience.
