Primed Performance was born from a journey marked by resilience and recovery. After breaking two cervical vertebrae and narrowly escaping paralysis, I faced a challenging road to recovery. Without the proper sport-specific guidance, I had to take my rehabilitation into my own hands, designing a program that would not only get me back on my feet but make me stronger than ever. This experience showed me the critical importance of tailored, football-specific strength training.
My mission with Primed Performance is to give young footballers what I lacked: the focused, individualised training needed to prevent injuries, stay resilient, and achieve their dreams. With a blend of science-backed principles and firsthand experience, I’m here to help the next generation of athletes reach their highest potential, injury-free.
